Job Description:
Customer Satisfaction
Repeat orders
Increase share / promote new products
Increase NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Prepare sales order based on purchase order received from customers / distributors through sales team.
Send S.O. to respective unit with delivery schedule and get confirmation from production and logistics.
Inform customer by email on schedule of dispatch.
Frequently take feedback from customers if they need any improvement in our services & review with ZONAL head and sales team
Develop good relations with customers / distributors
Customer Master Preparation
KYC (know your customer)
digitalization and automation of business processes
Quick reports required by management
Gather information from customer regarding details like Billing & shipping address / contact point / application / phone number / email ID’s / GST / PAN etc.
Prepare excel sheet with help of sales team
Submit this list to MIS team for updation in SAP system.
Revise list time to time if any change from customer / distributor end
Discuss time to time with ZONAL head and sales team / application head
