Job Description:
The Adhesive Technologist will support field teams with site sampling, contractor reach-out, and complaint handling activities.
The role will facilitate adhesive product sampling and contractor registration through MasterStrokes (MS).
The technologist will respond quickly to product complaints raised by dealers, contractors, carpenters, and masons.
The position will support new product development through testing and product trials with the R&T team.
The role will take ownership of the application laboratory within the division.
The technologist will lead product training initiatives for field teams.
This position combines technical support, customer interaction, product testing, and sales support.
