Job Description:
*To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT department and to deliver a prompt and efficient service to all departments.
*To ensure the smooth running of all systems, including anti-virus software, print services and e-mail provision.
*Make sure that the physical support systems are preventative maintained inadequately secured environments.
*Ensure to educate users on issues such as security, virus prevention, and password protection.
*Train the user department on the usage of PCs, terminals, printers, other peripherals, and also any other program applications installed.
*Ensure to maintain contacts with all user departments, hardware vendors, and other representatives pertaining to Systems.
