Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to ensure project implementation in allocated schools and maintain quality and effectiveness as per the logical framework and overall program philosophy. Responsibilities include conducting baseline assessments, supporting teachers and school teams in developing academic intervention plans, implementing education program activities, promoting community participation, mentoring students, coordinating with government officials, maintaining MIS reporting, and preparing program reports.
