Job Description:
The Academic Mentor will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the Quality Support Program in allocated schools while maintaining the quality and effectiveness of the project in accordance with the logical framework and overall program philosophy.
The role involves conducting baseline assessments in schools and supporting school teams and teachers in developing academic intervention plans and activity calendars. The Academic Mentor will support teachers in effectively using TheTeacherApp for continuous professional development and regularly orient principals and teachers about the Quality Support Program.
