Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong programming/scripting ability, preferably Java.
Experience in writing, executing, and monitoring automated test suites using a variety of technologies including, but not limited to, Selenium, TestNg, REST Assured, Maven
Expertise in testing, automating & integrating REST API in Automation Suite.
Working knowledge of any version control system (e.g. SVN, GitHub, Bitbucket)
Strong testing fundamentals, able to prepare testing artifacts like test case, test plan
Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in agile development environments.
A high degree of self-motivation and flexibility with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Should have ability to proactively comprehend problems and resolve them with minimal supervision.
Has worked in a successful start-up environment taking product from sprints to a mature stage.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors / Master’s degree in Computer Science/ IT Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 2+ years software testing with at-least 1+ year experience in automation testing.
Strong experience in Java, Selenium and API testing.
Proven track record of Automation framework development.
Understanding of Testing Methodologies, Tools and Processes.
Effective communicator with both internal & external stakeholders.
Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment.
Ability to work in a start-up environment.
