Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff.
Monitors office operations.
Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.
Maintain Management Information Systems (manual or computerized).
Review and answer correspondence.
Requirements
Good Working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet
Should be of Pleasing Personality
Good Written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English is must)
