Job Description:
Our headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, is an American corporation that develops and offers services, technology and systems that specialize in water treatment, purification, cleaning and hygiene in a wide variety of applications
Roles and Responsibility
Roles and Responsibility of the project member (L1 Support Executive)
1. Get trained on the the job
2. Connect (through call, instant message, mail) with the field associates, as per the predefined timelines, collect critical technical details.
3. Using the technical details collected create the asset data database on Ecolab 3D. This asset database helps the customers see the performance of their systems being serviced by Ecolab.
4. Using the technical details map the asset to the right data sources that are located at our customer sites
5. Using the assets create data visualization components to be used by the field associates and the customers for monitoring the performance of the systems like cooling towers, boilers, membranes etc which are serviced by our client
Desired candidate
Ideal candidate should:
1. Have an engineering or a science degree in hand.
2. Have strong learning agility and good aptitude
3. Be comfortable with MS suite (Excel, ppt etc)
4. Be good at written and spoken English
5. Be willing to work rotational/night shifts.
Work timings:
1. Rotational shifts. Candidates not willing to work in rotational shifts need not apply
2. Monday to Friday. No holidays during the weekdays and fixed holidays on Saturday and Sunday
Work location: Magarpatta City Road, Hadapsar, Pune
Our client will provide:
1. In depth training on their platform
2. Laptops and phone setup
3. Cab facility once the associates are deputed in shifts. No cab facility during the training period.
