Job Description – Support Engineer for Testing Product
The ideal candidate will be part of a team that will be supporting a Deloitte India built Test automation product. As part of this team the candidate responsibilities would include
Responding to user queries in a timely and accurate way
Identifying user needs and helping users use specific features
Analysing and reporting product malfunctions
Setting up the tool in the user environment
Debugging and troubleshooting issues
Escalate and monitor issues that require major changes to development team
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Inform users about new features and functionalities
Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather user feedback and share with stakeholders
Requirements:
Experienced in customer support or similar roles.
Test automation domain knowledge is an added benefit
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Location: Bangalore only, would work from office for the first 3 months at least.
