Salary
In addition to Basic Pay, the officers (regular) are presently eligible for Industrial DA as applicable, HRA @ of 18% of Basic pay and Perks up to 27 % of Basic Pay (under cafeteria approach), Contributory Provident Fund Scheme, Reimbursement of Medical expenses, Leave encashment, Subsidized Lunch, etc. as admissible by Govt. of India orders. The table below indicates the CTC at the minimum of scale as on date:
E7 - Pay Scale (Rs. 100,000 - 2,60,000) - Annual CTC (26.41 LPA)
E5 - Pay Scale (Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,000) - Annual CTC (21.19 LPA)
E3 - Pay Scale (Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000) - Annual CTC (15.96 LPA)
E2 - Pay Scale (Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000) - Annual CTC (10.74 LPA)
