Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must be Indian citizens and should have studied Odia up to M.E. standard. All applicants must possess valid registration with the relevant Medical Council or State Board as applicable to their discipline. Provisional registration is not permitted for AYUSH posts.
Individuals previously removed from OSH & FW Society services due to misconduct, poor performance, disciplinary issues, or criminal involvement are not eligible to apply.
Each post has specific educational qualifications, registration requirements, and experience conditions depending on the role.

Educational Qualification :

Medical Officer – DTC: MBBS or MBBS with PG qualification in Public Health/TB & Chest Diseases; 2 years TB programme experience required for non-PG candidates.

MO-MBBS (DEIC / UPHC-AAM): MBBS with valid Odisha Medical Council registration; no experience required.

Pediatrician – DEIC: MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Pediatrics or Child Health.

AYUSH Medical Officer: BAMS/BHMS/Unani degree with completed internship and valid registration; PG preferred.

Optometrist – DEIC: Diploma/Degree in Optometry or Ophthalmic Assistant training.

Dental Technician – DEIC: 2-year Diploma in Dental Technology from a recognized institution.

Age Limit :
All candidates must be at least 21 years of age as on 01-05-2026.
Upper Age Limits ;
Medical Officer (all MBBS posts) & Pediatrician: up to 67 years.
AYUSH Medical Officer: up to 38 years.
Optometrist and Dental Technician: up to 40 years.
Age relaxation is available for OSH & FW Society employees based on completed contractual service, subject to a maximum ceiling of 55 years.

Application Fee :
No application fee is applicable for any category.

Selection Process :
Selection will be conducted through a Walk-in Interview process only, with no written examination.
Process Flow ;
Registration (8:00 AM to 11:00 AM).
Document verification.
Shortlisting based on eligibility.
Interview or merit evaluation depending on post.
Candidates securing 50% or more marks will be placed in a panel valid for one year.

Selection Method :
MBBS / Pediatric Posts: Personal Interview (100 marks).
Optometrist & Dental Technician: Personal Interview (100 marks).
AYUSH Medical Officer: Merit-based evaluation using academic performance and qualifications.
Final selection depends on interview/merit ranking and document verification.

Benefits for OSH & FW Society Employees :
Existing contractual employees may receive additional benefits if eligibility conditions are met ;
Age relaxation: 1 year per completed contractual term (up to 10 years, maximum age cap 55 years).
Grace marks: up to 10% added based on performance.
Minimum requirement: 3 completed service terms with “Outstanding” or “Very Good” ratings.
Benefits may also extend to eligible family members of deceased employees.

Ineligibility Conditions :
Candidates will not be considered if they ;
Do not meet Odia language requirement.
Lack valid medical council registration.
Do not possess required qualification or internship completion.
Were previously disengaged from OSH & FW Society due to disciplinary reasons.
Fail to produce original documents during verification.
Do not meet AYUSH registration conditions (provisional registration not accepted).

All positions are temporary and scheme-based.
Selection is strictly based on eligibility and interview/merit performance.
Late registration after 11:00 AM will not be accepted.
False information will lead to immediate disqualification.
Final selection panel is valid for one year.
