Project Coordinator – Eligibility Criteria & Remuneration :

Educational Qualification :
Applicants should hold a Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health, or Community Resource Management. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any of the above-mentioned fields are also eligible to apply.

Candidates must have good working knowledge of MS Office.

Experience :
Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, or supervision, particularly in the women and child development or social welfare sector. Prior experience in managing or supporting emergency helpline services will be considered an advantage.

Age Criteria :
Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years of age as on 01 January 2026.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Chhattisgarh Government norms, subject to a maximum age limit of 45 years including relaxation.

Monthly Remuneration :
Project Coordinator: ₹35,000 per month.
