Eligibility Criteria :

Consultant :
Candidates must possess B.E. in any one of the following disciplines ;
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
Mechanical Engineering (Mech).
Degree must be obtained from a recognized University/Institution.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field in a Port.

Associate Consultant :
Candidates must possess ;
Any Bachelor's Degree, and
MBA in Human Resource Management (HR).
Must have a total of 2 years of experience in ;
Human Resource (HR), or
Industrial Relations (IR), or
General Administration.
Out of the total experience, at least 1 year should be in a Government Department.

Professional Intern :
Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Degree must be obtained from a recognized University/Institution.

Age Limit :
Upper age limit is relaxable in deserving cases.
Detailed age relaxation criteria have not been specified in the notification.

Salary / Stipend :
Consultant ;
Monthly remuneration: ₹60,000.
Associate Consultant ;
Monthly remuneration: ₹50,000.
Professional Intern ;
Monthly stipend: ₹30,000.

Selection Process :
The selection process includes the following stages ;
Interview.
Document Verification.
Preparation of Merit List.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

Final selection will be based on eligibility, interview performance, and merit.
