Temporary Academic Positions – Qualification & Pay Structure :
Eligibility Requirements :
Essential Qualification:
Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree in the relevant or allied discipline and meet the eligibility norms specified under the UGC Regulations 2018, including NET/SET or Ph.D., wherever applicable.
The candidate’s area of specialization should align with the advertised subject. Allied disciplines may be considered after due verification as per institutional guidelines.
Preferred Criteria:
Candidates with a demonstrated research profile, including publications in reputed journals, patents, or other scholarly contributions, will be given preference in line with regulatory standards.
Remuneration Details :
Temporary Assistant Professor: ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month (consolidated)
Temporary Teaching Assistant / Tutor: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month (consolidated)
These positions are offered on a fixed pay basis without additional benefits such as PF, Gratuity, LTC, or Medical allowances.
Tenure of Appointment :
The engagement will be purely temporary for a period of 11 months, or until a regular faculty appointment is made, whichever occurs earlier.
