Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must possess the required postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialty as recognized by NMC/DCI. In addition, valid registration with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) for both MBBS and PG qualifications is compulsory (or proof of having applied). Eligibility will be assessed strictly as per the date of the walk-in interview, and candidates may apply for only one specialty.

Age Criteria :
Age eligibility will be determined on the date of the interview. Relaxation is applicable as per government norms ;
General / EWS: up to 45 years.
OBC: up to 48 years.
SC / ST: up to 50 years.
PwBD: relaxation as per Government of India rules.

Selection Procedure :
Selection is based solely on a walk-in interview carrying 100 marks. Evaluation will be done by HODs and internal/external experts along with assessment of academic achievements such as publications, conference presentations, and distinctions during medical training. No written examination will be conducted.

Fees and Deposit :
There is no application fee for applying. However, selected candidates are required to deposit a refundable security amount of ₹65,000 at the time of joining. This amount will be refunded after completion of tenure or proper resignation with notice compliance.

Required Documents :
Applicants must bring original documents along with one set of self-attested copies, including ;
Completely filled application form (Annexure-I) with recent photograph.
Educational certificates (MBBS and PG degree/provisional).
DMC registration certificates for MBBS and PG.
Proof of date of birth.
Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable, in prescribed format).
Experience certificates, if any.
No Objection Certificate (for employed candidates).
PwBD certificate, if applicable.

Important Conditions :
Candidates must report strictly within the registration time of 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Each applicant can apply for only one specialty, and must ensure full eligibility including DMC registration before attending. The appointment is purely temporary (initially 89 days, extendable based on performance). Selected candidates will be required to submit original certificates and the security deposit at the time of joining. Failure to comply with any requirement may lead to disqualification.

Ineligibility Conditions :
Candidates will not be considered if they ;
Do not possess the required PG qualification for the applied specialty.
Lack valid DMC registration or proof of application.
Exceed the prescribed age limit (without applicable relaxation).
Have already completed the maximum 3-year SR tenure.
Fail to provide required NOC (if currently employed).
Attempt to apply for more than one specialty.

Application Process :
This recruitment does not involve any online application. Interested and eligible candidates must directly attend the walk-in interview on the specified date for their chosen specialty. The prescribed application form (Annexure-I) must be downloaded, duly filled, and carried along with all required documents at the time of reporting.
