VITM Recruitment 2026

Eligibility Criteria :

Education Assistant ‘A’ :
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics and any two subjects from Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics, Computer Science, Astronomy, Geology, or Statistics.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Chemistry and any two subjects from Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, or Molecular Biology from a recognized university.

Junior Stenographer :
Applicants should have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination and possess a minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute, certified by a government-recognized institution.

Office Assistant (Gr. III) :
Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification is required. Candidates must qualify a typing test of 10 minutes duration with a speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer, equivalent to 10,500/9,000 key depressions per hour, duly certified by a recognized institution.

Technician ‘A’ (Fitter) :
SSC/Matriculation with ITI certificate or equivalent in Fitter trade. Candidates must have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience for a 2-year ITI course, or 2 years of experience for a 1-year course.

Technician ‘A’ (Carpenter) :
SSC/Matriculation with ITI certificate or equivalent in Carpentry trade. Experience requirements are same as above depending on course duration.

Artist ‘A’ :
Diploma or certificate in Fine Arts/Commercial Arts of minimum 2 years duration after SSLC. Candidates must have relevant post-qualification experience as per course duration (1–2 years).

Application Fee :
All Candidates (except exempted) : ₹885 (₹750 + 18% GST).
Women / SC / ST / PwD / Ex-Servicemen : Exempted.

Age Limit :
Education Assistant ‘A’ & Technician ‘A’: Maximum 35 years.
Junior Stenographer & Office Assistant (Gr. III): Maximum 25 years.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Salary / Pay Scale :
Education Assistant ‘A’: Level 5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300).
Junior Stenographer: Level 4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100).
Office Assistant (Gr. III): Level 2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200).
Technician ‘A’ (Fitter): Level 2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200).
Technician ‘A’ (Carpenter): Level 2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200).
Artist ‘A’: Level 2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200).

Selection Process :
Selection will be carried out through ;
Written Examination.
Skill Test / Typing Test (as applicable).
Document Verification.
