Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must be Indian citizens and meet the eligibility conditions prescribed under UGC Regulations, 2018 along with applicable Government of Odisha rules. All qualifications, reservation benefits, and service conditions will be governed by State Government and UGC norms.

Educational Qualification :
Appointments will be made strictly as per UGC Regulations ;

Assistant Professor: Minimum eligibility as per UGC Regulations, 2018 and subsequent amendments.

Associate Professor: PhD required along with prescribed teaching/research experience, publications, and academic performance.

Professor: PhD with significant research contribution, publications, and academic leadership as per UGC norms.

Subject-wise criteria, API requirements, and screening standards will be as per UGC and Higher Education Department guidelines.

Age Limit :
Age of superannuation and relaxation rules will follow Government of Odisha service regulations for university teachers.
Reservation and age relaxations will be applicable as per State Government norms.

Application Fee :
UR / SEBC : ₹2,000 (Non-refundable).
SC / ST / PwD / Women : ₹1,000 (Non-refundable).
Payment must be made online to the designated SBI account of the University.
Fee is strictly non-refundable.

Pay Scale :
Professor : Level 14.
Associate Professor : Level 13A.
Assistant Professor : Level 10.
Salary and allowances will be as per UGC and Government of Odisha approved pay structure.

Selection Process :
Selection will be conducted as per UGC Regulations, 2018 ;
Screening of Applications based on eligibility and academic record.
Evaluation by Selection Committee constituted as per UGC norms.
Interview & Academic Assessment including teaching, research, publications, and overall performance.
Final selection will be based on merit and committee recommendations.
