Educational Qualification :
Candidates must have a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute and registration with the State Pharmacy Council, Uttar Pradesh is mandatory, in line with Uttar Pradesh Bheshajik Seva Niyamavali, 1980 (Part-4, Rule-8).
Desirable Qualification :
Preference will be given to candidates who:
Have served at least 2 years in the Provincial Army, or
Hold a ‘B’ certificate from the National Cadet Corps (NCC), as per Rule-9 of the Bheshajik Seva Niyamavali, 1980.
Age Limit :
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: 40 years.
Relaxation: As per UP Government rules for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories.
For UP State Government Employees: 5 years relaxation in upper age limit.
Age Calculation Date: 1st January of the recruitment year (or 1st July if advertised between 1st July – 31st December).
Nationality :
Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
PET Eligibility :
Candidates must have appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2025) and have a valid scorecard issued by UPSSSC. Candidates with zero or negative PET scores are not eligible for the Main Examination.
Salary / Pay Scale :
Selected candidates will be appointed at Level-5 of the pay matrix, with:
Pay Band: ₹5,200 – ₹20,200 per month.
Grade Pay: ₹2,800 per month.
Additional Allowances: As per Uttar Pradesh Government norms.
