Education Qualification :
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from a university incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India OR from educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament OR declared to be deemed as a university under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 OR possess an equivalent qualification. Candidates who have taken an exam that would make them educationally qualified but have not received the results will also be eligible. Candidates who plan to take such a qualifying exam in 2026 will also be eligible.
However, within the time frame specified by the rules, qualified candidates must provide documentation of passing the necessary qualifying exam (Degree Certificate, Final Mark Sheet, or Provisional Degree Certificate).
Degrees, postgraduate degrees, and diplomas obtained part-time or via online learning are not taken into consideration.
