Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must hold a Graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s qualification in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.
Candidates should have strong communication abilities, computer literacy, teaching aptitude, and proficiency in the local language. Knowledge of key financial domains such as banking, insurance, investment, pension systems, law, and finance is desirable.
Experience Requirements :
Applicants must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in any one of the following areas ;
Former employee of a nationalized bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB).
Experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
Business Correspondent (BC) or BC Coordinator roles.
OR
Minimum 3 years as Director in RSETI.
OR at least 5 years as Faculty member in relevant institutions.
Age Limit :
The upper age limit is 65 years at the time of appointment. Candidates must satisfy age criteria as per the official guidelines.
Remuneration :
Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly honorarium along with permissible additional expenses ;
Honorarium: ₹15,000 per month.
Miscellaneous Allowance: Up to ₹3,000 per month.
