Fee-Related Instructions ;
Candidates belonging to reserved categories from states other than Uttar Pradesh will be treated as General category candidates for fee purposes.
Applicants who had previously applied under earlier advertisements dated 09.07.2022 or 23.05.2025 are not required to pay the application fee again, provided they fulfill the mandatory educational qualifications.
Previous application numbers have been shared with eligible candidates through registered email IDs and mobile numbers.

Age Limit :
Maximum age should not exceed 62 years as on 31 August 2022.
Applications without valid date of birth details or exceeding the age limit will not be accepted.

Pay Scale :
Pay Scale: ₹15,600 – ₹39,100.
Grade Pay: ₹6,000/-.
Additional allowances and benefits will be admissible as per Uttar Pradesh Government norms.

Educational Qualification :
Candidates must satisfy any one of the following qualification combinations ;
Postgraduate degree in ;
Science.
Mathematics.
Social Science.
Humanities.
with at least 55% marks
AND
M.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks.

OR
Postgraduate degree in ;
Science.
Mathematics.
Social Science.
Humanities.
with minimum 55% marks
AND
M.A. in Education with minimum 55% marks
AND
B.Ed. degree or equivalent qualification with minimum 55% marks.
Additional Mandatory Requirement.
Candidates must also possess either:
UGC NET qualification in Education
OR
Ph.D./D.Phil. in Education awarded as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016.

Reservation Guidelines :
Reservation benefits are available only to original domicile residents of Uttar Pradesh.
Candidates from other states will be considered under the General category irrespective of caste.
Only one reservation benefit will be granted if a candidate belongs to multiple reserved categories.
Valid caste, EWS, PwBD, and other reservation certificates in prescribed formats are mandatory.
Government employees must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview/document verification.

Selection Procedure :
Written Examination.
Objective-type written test carrying 200 marks.
Sections include ;
General Knowledge.
Subject-specific questions.
Interview.
Candidates shortlisted from the written examination will appear for an interview/assessment of 30 marks.
Final Merit ;
Final merit list will be prepared based on:
Written Exam Marks.
Interview Marks ;
Total marks: 230.
In case of equal marks, preference will be given to the older candidate.

Examination & Interview Instructions :
Examination details such as date, time, and venue will be notified through SMS, email, newspapers, and the official website.
Candidates must use only a black ball pen for filling the OMR sheet.
Use of unfair means or prohibited items during the examination may lead to cancellation of candidature.
Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents and self-attested copies during interview/document verification.
