Eligibility Criteria :

Assistant General Manager (Contract Cell) :
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Marine Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification managerial experience in subcontracting, vendor development, procurement, operations, government tendering, or contract management in shipbuilding, ship repair, offshore fabrication, marine engineering, or related government/semi-government organisations.

Deputy Manager (Quality Control) :
Degree in Mechanical / Naval Architecture Engineering,
OR
Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical / Marine / Shipbuilding Engineering with NDT Level II / ASNT Level II certification
Experience ;
Degree holders: minimum 7 years.
Diploma holders: minimum 10 years.
Experience in quality control of fabrication, piping, machinery, outfitting, or structural works in marine/industrial sectors.

Deputy Manager (Painting) :
Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering,
OR
Diploma (3 years) in any engineering discipline with NACE Level II / FROSIO certification or equivalent
Experience ;
Degree holders: minimum 7 years.
Diploma holders: minimum 10 years.
Experience in surface preparation, coating, and painting inspection in shipbuilding or related industries.

Deputy Manager (Contract Cell) :
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Marine / Naval Architecture Engineering,
OR
Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical / Electrical / Marine / Shipbuilding Engineering
Experience ;
Degree holders: minimum 7 years.
Diploma holders: minimum 10 years.
Experience in contract management, subcontracting, vendor development, or government tender handling in relevant industries.

Deputy Manager (Machinery Design) :
Degree in Mechanical / Marine / Naval Architecture Engineering,
OR
Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical / Marine / Shipbuilding Engineering.
Experience ;
Degree holders: minimum 7 years.
Diploma holders: minimum 10 years.
Experience in machinery/piping design using software such as AutoCAD, Tribon, AVEVA, or CADMATIC in marine or industrial sectors.

Deputy Manager (Electrical Design) :
Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication Engineering,
OR
Diploma (3 years) in Electrical / Electronics / Shipbuilding Engineering.
Experience ;
Degree holders: minimum 7 years.
Diploma holders: minimum 10 years.
Experience in electrical design using tools such as AutoCAD, AVEVA, CADMATIC, or equivalent platforms in relevant industries.

Age Limit :
Assistant General Manager : 55 years.
Deputy Manager : 35 years.

Age Relaxation :
OBC (NCL): 3 years.
SC/ST: 5 years.
Ex-Servicemen: 10 years (maximum age capped at 45 years).

Salary Structure :
E5 : ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000.
E2 : ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000.
