Eligibility Criteria :
Professor (Ortho / Anaesthesia): MBBS with MS (Orthopaedics) / MD (Anaesthesia) or DNB, 14 years of teaching/research experience, and 16 publications (8 as first author).
Associate Professor (Ortho / Anaesthesia): MBBS with MS / MD or DNB, 6 years teaching/research experience, and 8 publications (4 as first author).
Assistant Professor (Orthopaedics – Spine/Pediatric / Anaesthesia): MBBS with MS / MD or DNB, 2 years teaching/research experience.
Medical Officer: MBBS from a UGC-recognized university, registered with the Medical Council. Preference for candidates with postgraduate qualification in Emergency Medicine (MD/Diploma).
Junior Resident (Ortho / Anaesthesia): MBBS with PG Diploma in respective discipline.
Senior Resident (Ortho / Anaesthesia): MBBS with MS/MD in respective discipline.
Salary / Pay :
Professor (Ortho / Anaesthesia) : 2,92,423 CPC scales
Associate Professor (Ortho / Anaesthesia) : 2,73,257 CPC scales
Assistant Professor (Orthopaedics – Spine/Pediatric / Anaesthesia) 2,09,297 CPC scales / on par with existing doctors.
Medical Officer : 93,525 State scales
Junior Resident (Ortho / Anaesthesia) : 74,750 State norms, enhanced by Govt.
Senior Resident (Ortho / Anaesthesia) : 80,500 State norms, enhanced by Govt.
