Eligibility Criteria :

State Resource Person (SRP) :
Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
Preference will be given to candidates who are members of Self Help Groups (SHGs).
Candidates must be between 30 and 45 years of age as on 01 June 2026.
A Post Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Women Studies, or any other Social Science discipline is mandatory.
Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience in SHGs, Federations, NGOs, training, or Government rural development projects.
Candidates must be proficient in reading and writing Tamil and English.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills are required.
Working knowledge of mobile applications, MS Word, MS Excel, and web portals is essential.

District Resource Person (DRP) :
Only female candidates are eligible for this post.
SHG members will be given preference during selection.
The age limit is 30 to 45 years as on 01 June 2026.
Candidates must possess a Post Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Women Studies, or any Social Science stream.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
Applicants should be able to read and write Tamil and English.
Strong communication, coordination, and computer skills are desirable.

Block Resource Person (BRP) :
The post is open only to female candidates.
Preference will be given to SHG members.
Candidates should be between 25 and 45 years of age as on 01 June 2026.
Applicants must hold an Undergraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Women Studies, or any Social Science discipline.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in SHGs, NGOs, training, or rural development projects is required.
Candidates must have proficiency in Tamil and English.
Good communication and computer skills are mandatory.

Honorarium / Salary Details :
State Resource Person (SRP) ;
Training activities are paid at ₹1,000 per day.
Monitoring, Review, and ToT activities are paid at ₹750 per day.
Travel allowance is ₹250 per day.
The maximum anticipated monthly honorarium is ₹25,000 for up to 25 days of engagement.
District Resource Person (DRP) ;
Training activities are paid at ₹750 per day.
Monitoring, Review, and ToT activities are paid at ₹500 per day.
Travel allowance is ₹120 per day.
The anticipated monthly honorarium is up to ₹18,000.
Block Resource Person (BRP) ;
Training activities are paid at ₹450 per day.
Monitoring, Review, and ToT activities are paid at ₹300 per day.
Travel allowance is ₹60 per day.
The maximum anticipated monthly honorarium is ₹10,500.

Important Notes :
These are contractual positions and not permanent Government jobs.
Honorarium is calculated based on the actual number of days worked.
Maximum engagement is limited to 25 days per month.
Travel expenses for training at SMMU, Chennai are reimbursed separately as per Government rules.

Roles and Responsibilities :

SRP - Key Responsibilities :
Conduct training programmes for DRPs and BRPs at SIRD, RIRDs, and other designated institutions.
Provide regular guidance and handholding support to DRPs and BRPs.
Monitor district-level training sessions and ensure quality implementation.
Review monthly action plans and progress reports submitted by DRPs.
Coordinate with District Panchayats and DMMUs.
Monitor project implementation across assigned districts.
Identify and document best practices and success stories.
Submit monthly reports to SMMU.
Attend ToT sessions, workshops, and review meetings.
Perform any additional duties assigned by TNSRLM.

DRP - Key Responsibilities :
Assist BRPs in conducting training programmes at village and block levels.
Provide field-level support and resolve operational challenges.
Monitor activities in assigned blocks and ensure timely implementation.
Attend training programmes organized by SIRD, RIRD, and other institutions.
Review BRP reports and prepare consolidated reports.
Coordinate with Block Panchayats and BMMUs.
Document and share case studies and best practices.

BRP - Key Responsibilities :
Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for PRI-CBO convergence activities.
Follow the training calendar and prepare training materials.
Conduct training at block and village panchayat levels.
Strengthen Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) through capacity building.
Provide handholding support to mission staff and community cadres.
Guide CBOs towards self-sustainability and self-reliance.
Submit monthly travel plans for approval.
Document best practices and case studies from the field.

Selection Process :
Selection is based on a structured and marks-based evaluation process.
Candidates may have to appear for a written examination.
Practical assessment and interview are conducted to evaluate knowledge and teaching ability.
Relevant work experience and communication skills are also considered during selection.
The selection process may vary slightly for SRP, DRP, and BRP posts.

Common Mistakes to Avoid :
Sending the application to the wrong DMMU office.
Missing the application deadline of 29 June 2026.
Applying for SRP or DRP without the required Post Graduate qualification.
Applying without sufficient relevant work experience.
Failing to attach SHG membership proof, if available.
Submitting an incomplete application without supporting documents.
Not mentioning the post name and district clearly on the envelope.
Applying for districts that are not included in the notified Phase-II list.
