Eligibility Criteria :
This position is reserved for experienced members of Self Help Groups working at the Panchayat federation level. Candidates must satisfy the following conditions ;
Must be a female SHG member affiliated with a Panchayat-level federation.
Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SHG animator.
Must have passed Higher Secondary (12th standard) education.
Should possess the ability to read and write Tamil and English, along with basic numerical skills.
Working knowledge of computer applications and possession of a two-wheeler driving license will be considered beneficial.

Age Limit :
Applicants must not exceed 35 years of age.

Salary / Honorarium :
Fixed monthly remuneration: ₹2,500 per month.
This is a grassroots-level coordinator role with a fixed honorarium structure.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be carried out in the following stages ;
Written assessment to test basic knowledge and aptitude.
Personal interview for shortlisted candidates.
Verification of original documents to confirm eligibility.
