Eligibility Criteria :
The TNSRLM Karur Community Bank Coordinator Recruitment 2026 is open to eligible SHG members who meet the required educational qualification, experience, and skill set. Candidates must ensure they fulfill all conditions as on the prescribed cut-off date before applying.

Educational Qualification :
Must have passed 12th Standard (HSC) from a recognized board
SHG Experience: Must be an active Self Help Group (SHG) member with at least 2 years of experience working as an Animator.

Language Proficiency :
Ability to read, write, and communicate in both Tamil and English is required.

Computer Skills :
Basic working knowledge of computers and digital applications.

Driving Requirement :
Must hold a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.

Age Limit :
Maximum Age Limit: 35 years.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Tamil Nadu rules and norms.

Selection Process :

Written Examination.
Personal Interview.
Final selection will be based on merit calculated from both stages of evaluation.
