Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must meet all eligibility conditions laid down by the District Administration to be considered for this post. These requirements include educational qualification, experience, and community-based criteria.

Educational Qualification :
Applicants should have completed Higher Secondary (Class 12) or an equivalent qualification.
They must also be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Tamil and English, along with possessing basic numerical and problem-solving skills needed for field-level tasks.

Age Limit :
The upper age limit for applicants is 35 years.
Candidates exceeding this limit will not be eligible for selection.

Experience Requirement :
A minimum of two years of experience working as a Self-Help Group (SHG) Promoter is required. The experience must be relevant and supported with valid proof.

Additional Eligibility Conditions :
Candidates must also satisfy the following conditions ;
Must be a female SHG member associated with the Panchayat-level Federation in the Gram Panchayat where the vacancy exists.
Should belong to the beneficiary group identified under the People’s Welfare Survey (Makkal Nilai Aayvu).
Candidates with basic computer knowledge and a valid two-wheeler driving licence will be given preference.
Must own and be comfortable using an Android smartphone, including SMS, WhatsApp, and mobile applications.
Should have practical exposure to bank-related work, including visits, transactions, and assisting in loan applications.
Must have strong communication and coordination skills.

Important Note :
Eligibility is restricted to SHG members residing within the same Gram Panchayat where the vacancy is available. All appointments will be made on a contractual basis only.

Selection Methodology :
Screening & Selection Process ;
Preliminary Scrutiny: Applications and supporting documents will be reviewed at the Panchayat-level Federation
Final Selection: Shortlisting will be carried out based on eligibility, experience, and other criteria decided by the District Administration.
The final decision will be based on overall suitability and compliance with all requirements.
Application Procedure ;
Eligible candidates should submit their applications as follows ;
Prepare a duly filled application along with self-attested copies of all required documents (education, experience, SHG membership, age proof, caste certificate, etc.).
Submit the application either directly in person or via postal service to the concerned Panchayat-level Federation in the respective Gram Panchayat.
Ensure the application reaches the office on or before 15 June 2026.
