Eligibility Criteria :

State Resource Person (SRP) :
Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SHG (Self Help Groups) or Community-Based Organizations or as a BRP.
Candidates must have good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Applicants should be proficient in both Tamil and English languages.
Experience in community mobilization and field-level coordination will be an added advantage.

District Resource Person (DRP) :
Candidates must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Applicants should have at least 4 years of experience in SHG or Community-Based Organizations.
Candidates must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
Applicants should have working knowledge of Tamil and English languages.
Experience in district-level program implementation and coordination will be preferred.

Block Resource Person (BRP) :
Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SHG or Community-Based Organizations.
Candidates must have knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Applicants should be fluent in Tamil and English languages.
Experience in field-level work and community engagement will be preferred.

Age Limit :
Minimum age of applicants is 25 years.
Maximum age limit is 45 years.
Age relaxation and preference will be given to ;
Women candidates.
SHG (Self Help Group) members.
Ex-BRPs (Block Resource Persons) will be given priority.
Age will be considered as per the date mentioned in the official notification.

Salary :
State Resource Person (SRP): Rs. 25,000/- per month.
District Resource Person (DRP): Rs. 18,000/- per month.
Block Resource Person (BRP): Rs. 10,500/- per month.
Salary will be provided as per TNSRLM norms.
No additional allowances have been specified in the notification.

Selection Process :
Selection will be carried out through the following stages ;
Written Test.
Interview.
Document Verification.
Candidates must qualify in all stages to be considered for final selection.
Final selection will be based on merit and eligibility conditions.
