Eligibility Criteria :

State Project Manager (SRP) :
Candidates must possess a Degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Women Studies, or any other Social Science discipline from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to ;
Women candidates.
Members of Self Help Group (SHG) Federations.

District Project Manager (DRP) :
Candidates must possess a Degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Women Studies, or any other Social Science discipline from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to ;
Women candidates.
Members of Self Help Group (SHG) Federations.

Block Project Manager (BRP) :
Candidates must possess any full-time Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to ;
Women candidates.
Members of Self Help Group (SHG) Federations.

Age Limit :
Minimum Age: 25 Years.
Maximum Age: 45 Years.
Age relaxation will be provided as per Government norms.

Salary :
State Project Manager (SRP) ;
Monthly Salary: Rs. 25,000/-.
District Project Manager (DRP) ;
Monthly Salary: Rs. 18,000/-.
Block Project Manager (BRP) ;
Monthly Salary: Rs. 10,500/-.

Selection Process :
The selection process will consist of the following stages ;
Written Test.
Personal Interview.
Document Verification.
Preparation of Final Merit List.
