Educational Qualification :
Applicants should hold an MBA or an equivalent postgraduate degree in any of the following areas ;
Marketing Management.
Cooperative Management.
Agri-Business Management.
Rural Development Management.

Mandatory Skill Requirement :
Candidates must have working knowledge of computer applications.

Age Requirement :
Minimum age: 21 years.
Maximum age: 30 years (as on the date mentioned in the advertisement).

Selection Method :
The selection process is primarily based on academic merit evaluation followed by an interview.
Academic Weightage Distribution ;
10th Standard : Contribution - 5%.
Higher Secondary : Contribution - 15%.
Undergraduate Degree : Contribution - 25%.
Postgraduate Degree : Contribution 40%.
Additional Skill Weightage ;
Cooperative Management Exposure - 5%.
Computer Literacy - 5%.
Final shortlist will be prepared based on total weighted marks.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview round.

Job Responsibilities :
The selected intern will be expected to perform the following duties ;
Work closely with Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) and allied cooperative institutions.
Assist in executing programs initiated by the Ministry of Cooperation.
Support resolution of operational issues related to ;
Digital systems and computerization.
Business planning activities.
Financial processes and approvals.
Prepare and submit weekly performance and progress reports.
