Educational Qualification :
Degree or Graduation in Agriculture or allied disciplines from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Candidates with specialization in Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, or Agricultural Engineering may receive preference.

Work Experience :
At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in agricultural finance, rural lending, NABARD, Scheduled Commercial Banks, RRBs, or similar financial institutions.

Employment Documents :
Candidates working or previously employed in banking or financial organizations must furnish valid experience certificates and relieving letters.

Computer Skills :
Knowledge of MS Office applications and banking software systems will be considered beneficial.

What Is the Prescribed Age Limit :
Applicants must fall within the age criteria specified by the bank as on 30 April 2026. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be available for eligible reserved categories in accordance with Government of India norms.
