Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade in any discipline from a recognized Indian or accredited foreign university. Candidates should have qualified UGC/CSIR NET or an equivalent examination such as SLET/SET.
Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016 are exempted from the NET/SLET/SET requirement. Those who registered for a Ph.D. prior to 11 July 2009 are also exempt if they meet the prescribed conditions such as external evaluation of the thesis, successful viva voce, publication of research papers, and presentation of research work in recognized conferences or seminars.
A Ph.D. obtained from a foreign university ranked within the top 500 globally by QS, THE, or ARWU rankings will also be considered valid.
Experience :
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of teaching experience, including experience in organizing and conducting offline and online professional or faculty development training programmes under government initiatives such as Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP/PMMMNMTT) or HRDC programmes of the Government of India in a recognized university or institute.
Salary :
Monthly Remuneration: ₹80,000 (fixed).
Contract Period: 11 months.
