Eligibility Requirements :
Project Manager:
Candidates must have B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent along with an MBA and at least 12 years of total experience, including 8 years in enterprise network management. Experience in managing large IT infrastructure projects, network audits, SLA monitoring, and project coordination is required. PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is desirable.

Operation Lead:
Applicants should have B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification, preferably with an MBA, and 10 years of experience, including 6 years in enterprise network operations and services. Experience in large IT/network infrastructure projects such as SWAN, SecLAN, CCTNS, BharatNet, Smart City projects, etc., is required. Certification in ITIL or ISO 20000 is preferred.

L-3 Specialist:
Candidates must have B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience, including 5 years in enterprise network operations. Applicants should have hands-on experience in routing, switching, SD-WAN, network security, Windows/Linux servers, database management, and troubleshooting. Relevant networking and system certifications are required.

Portal Administrator:
Applicants should have B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience, including 4 years in web portal development and management, preferably government portals. Relevant software development certifications are desirable.

L-2 Network & Monitoring:
Candidates must have B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience, including 4 years in network monitoring and enterprise network operations. Knowledge of routing, switching, SD-WAN, LAN, and wireless networking is required. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24×7 shift roster.

Helpdesk Support:
Applicants must be Science Graduate/BCA or equivalent with minimum 3 years of IT experience, including 2 years in helpdesk and network monitoring support. ITIL certification is required and candidates must be willing to work in shifts.

Video Conferencing Coordinator:
Candidates should have B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience, including 4 years in video conferencing systems and networking projects. Networking certification is desirable.

Store In-Charge:
Applicants must have B.Sc./B.Com/BCA or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years in storekeeping and inventory management, preferably in IT or network infrastructure projects. A Diploma in Computer Science and logistics-related certification is desirable.

The maximum age limit is 55 years for all posts.

Salary Details :
Project Manager: ₹1,80,370 per month.
Operation Lead: ₹90,185 per month.
L-3 Specialist: ₹54,111 per month.
Portal Administrator: ₹36,074 per month.
L-2 Network & Monitoring: ₹34,875 per month.
Helpdesk Support: ₹22,546 per month.
Video Conferencing Coordinator: ₹49,602 per month.
Store In-Charge: ₹31,565 per month.
