Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must satisfy the prescribed academic qualifications and eligibility conditions for the respective posts. All qualifications must be from recognized institutions, and candidates must also fulfill mandatory teaching eligibility requirements and medium-of-instruction conditions wherever specified.
Each post has specific academic and subject-related criteria that must be met without exception.

Assistant Teacher (Various Schools – Makdi, Keshkal, Farsgaon, Mahatma Gandhi Ward, Jamkotpara Kondagaon, Lanjoda, Konagud, Vishrampuri, Bansakot) : Higher Secondary qualification along with D.Ed/D.El.Ed/B.El.Ed with minimum 45% marks from a recognized board; TET (Primary level) qualification is compulsory; complete education must be in English medium.

Assistant Teacher (Science Laboratory – Vishrampuri School) : Higher Secondary qualification with at least 50% marks in Science stream (Biology/Physics/Chemistry) from a recognized board; English medium background is required.

Age Limit :
Candidates must be within the age range of 21 to 35 years at the time of application.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per government norms ;
SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 5 years.
Women candidates: 10 years.
PwD candidates: as per GAD guidelines.
Chhattisgarh domicile candidates: additional relaxation up to a maximum of 40 years.

Salary / Stipend :
Selected candidates will be offered a fixed monthly remuneration based on their respective post. The pay structure varies depending on the role, with Assistant Teacher and Laboratory Assistant positions carrying different salary levels.

Selection Process :
The selection process will be conducted in the following stages ;
Merit Evaluation based on academic performance (10th – 40%, 12th – 60%).
Document Verification to confirm eligibility and authenticity of certificates.
Open Counseling for final allocation of posting.
