Eligibility Criteria :

Doctor (Full-Time) :
MBBS degree with valid registration in Medical Council/Medical Commission.
Mandatory training by MOSJE/NISD within 3 months of joining IRCA.

Project Coordinator cum Vocational Counselor :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing similar centers.
OR proven ability to handle such facilities.
Basic computer knowledge required.

Ward Boy :
Minimum qualification: 8th pass.
Preference for candidates with experience in hospitals, healthcare or de-addiction centers.
Must undergo NISD training for future recruitment cases.

Counselor / Social Worker / Psychologist :
Graduate in any discipline with 3 years’ relevant experience.
Must hold 3-month de-addiction counseling certification from NISD.
Required proficiency in English and one regional language.
For upcoming recruitment cycle ;
Preferred qualification: Graduation in Social Work / Psychology / Social Sciences.
Experience: 1–2 years in relevant field.
Certification in de-addiction counseling will be an added advantage.

Peer Educator :
Must be literate.
Ex-drug user with at least 1–2 years of sobriety.
Good communication skills.
Willing to work in drug abuse prevention and relapse control programs.

Chowkidar :
SSC pass.

Housekeeping Staff :
SSC pass.

Yoga / Dance / Music / Art Teacher :
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the respective field.

Monthly Salary Structure :
Doctor (Full-Time) : ₹60,000.
Project Coordinator cum Vocational Counselor : ₹25,000.
Ward Boy : ₹13,000.
Counselor / Social Worker / Psychologist : ₹17,500.
Peer Educator : ₹10,000.
Chowkidar : ₹9,000.
Housekeeping Worker : ₹9,000.
Yoga / Dance / Music / Art Teacher : ₹5,000.
