Eligibility Criteria :
Research Associate-I (RA-I) :
Candidates must satisfy any one of the following qualifications:
Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Electronics Engineering or a closely related field, or
Postgraduate degree (M.E./M.Tech) in VLSI Design, Microelectronics, Microelectronics & VLSI Design, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent specialization, along with a minimum of three years’ experience in research, teaching, or design & development after obtaining the degree. Additionally, the candidate must have at least one publication in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Project Associate-I (PA-I) :
M.E./M.Tech in VLSI Design, Microelectronics, Microelectronics & VLSI Design, Electronics & Communication, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institution.
Age Limit :
The maximum age limit is 35 years.
Applicable age relaxation will be provided in accordance with Government of India norms.
Remuneration :
Research Associate-I (RA-I): ₹58,000 per month plus 20% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
Project Associate-I (PA-I): ₹31,000 per month plus 20% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
