Eligibility Criteria :

Research Associate-I (RA-I) :
Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
OR
M.E./M.Tech in relevant discipline with 3 years experience in research/teaching/design after qualification.
Specializations: VLSI Design, Microelectronics, Electronics & Communication.
Must have at least one SCI indexed journal publication.

Project Associate-I (PA-I) :
M.E./M.Tech in ;
VLSI Design.
Microelectronics.
Electronics & Communication
or equivalent field.

Age Limit :
Maximum age: 35 years.

Salary :
₹31,000 + 20% HRA per month (as applicable).
Up to ₹58,000 + 20% HRA per month depending on qualification and experience.

Selection Process :
Shortlisting based on applications.
Interview.
