Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications ;
Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), MBA in Finance, or M.Com from a recognized institution.
In addition, candidates must have ;
Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in equity management, startup finance, venture capital operations, corporate finance, or investment compliance.
Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, DPIIT startup policies, and related statutory frameworks.
Strong proficiency in financial modelling, cap table management, and equity documentation review.

Salary :
₹1,50,000 per month (consolidated).

Selection Process :
Screening by Screening Committee.
Personal Interview by Selection Committee.
Final recommendation based on merit ranking.
