Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must hold the prescribed minimum educational qualification with at least 50% marks from a recognized university, along with relevant post-qualification experience for the applied role.
Eligibility will be assessed strictly based on the requirements of each post, and only suitably qualified candidates will be shortlisted.
Appointment will be subject to successful completion of the probation period and satisfactory performance review.
Selected candidates must be willing to serve anywhere in India and undertake any duties assigned by the Bank from time to time.

Educational Qualification :
Roles across Data Science, IT, and CISO domains require degrees such as B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (IT/CS/Cyber Security), BCA, B.Sc (IT/CS/CA), or equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
Certain positions may also require or prefer an MBA qualification depending on job role.

Experience Requirement :
Candidates must possess relevant post-qualification work experience ranging from 2 to 5+ years depending on the role.
Experience areas include ;
Data Analytics, BI, and SQL Development.
Cyber Security, SOC operations, SIEM, GRC, and threat analysis.
Software development (full stack, API, mobile apps).
Banking technology systems (Finacle, CBS), networks, databases, Linux, and virtualization.
Project management and production support operations.

Age Limit :
Age eligibility varies by position, generally between 30 and 45 years maximum.
Relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates as per rules.
Additional relaxations may apply based on role-specific requirements and experience.

Salary :
Compensation will be as per IBA-approved Scale I, II, and III officer pay structure, including ;
Basic Pay.
Dearness Allowance.
HRA.
Special Allowance.
Performance-linked incentives as per bank policy.

Selection Process :
Selection will be carried out in stages ;
Shortlisting based on eligibility, qualification, and experience.
Preliminary and/or Personal Interview.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email for further stages.
Final selection will be at the sole discretion of the Bank.
