30 years old as of January 31, 2026 (born on or after January 02, 1996) is the maximum age.
SC/ST applicants are allowed to be five years older.

Candidates who participated in the previous notifications' group discussion and personal interview for the position of junior officer but were not chosen are ineligible.
Age Restrictions: 30 years old as of January 31, 2026 (i.e., born on or after January 02, 1996)
SC/ST candidates might relax their age by five years.
Candidates who are SC/ST may not be older than 35.
Salary / Stipend :
Fixed CTC: Rs. 4.20 lakhs annually (with NPS contribution) is the salary/stipend.
Variable Pay: Depending on performance, Rs. 2.88 lakhs annually
The annual premium for health insurance is Rs. 0.48 lakhs (coverage Rs. 5.25 lakhs).
Annual total CTC: Rs. 7.56 lakhs.
