Educational Qualification :
A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university is required.
Candidates must have completed education in a regular academic format (SSLC/SSC, HSC, and Graduation).
A minimum of 1 year work experience in a Bank or NBFC is mandatory.
Candidates previously rejected after GD/PI for the same post are not eligible.
Age Criteria ( As on 31.03.2026 ) :
General (UR): Maximum 28 years.
SC/ST: Age relaxation of 5 years (up to 33 years).
Valid caste certificates must be produced when required.

No application fee is applicable for any category.
Employment Details :
Appointment will be on a contract basis for 3 years, extendable based on performance and Bank requirements.
Exceptional performers may be considered for regular appointment as Assistant Manager (Scale I) at the Bank’s discretion.
Posting will be in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with transferable service across India.
Salary & Benefits :
Annual CTC: ₹4.86 – ₹5.04 lakhs.
Performance-based increments.
Insurance coverage (medical, accident, and life insurance).
Travel and official allowances as per rules.
Selection Process :
Selection may include ;
Online Test (if conducted).
Group Discussion (if conducted).
Personal Interview (Preliminary/Final).
Each stage is eliminatory. Final selection is based on overall performance, and the Bank reserves the right to alter the process.
