Applicants must be a qualified Company Secretary (CS) certified by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience :
Candidates should possess at least five years of post-qualification experience in the role of Company Secretary, with comprehensive exposure to:
Compliance under Company Law.
Corporate governance and statutory filings.
Secretarial and board-related functions.
Desirable Profile :
Additional preference will be given to candidates who:
Have experience working in the Venture Capital (VC) or Private Equity (PE) sector
Hold a qualification in Law.
Are capable of drafting, reviewing, and interpreting investment agreements and related documentation.
Can effectively coordinate with and support fund investment teams.
