Business Analyst – Post Details :

Educational Requirements :
Applicants must hold a graduate degree with at least 60% marks from a Government-recognized University or Institution. In addition, candidates should have completed an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing and/or Finance (or equivalent qualification) from a recognized institution.

Experience :
A minimum of one year of professional experience is mandatory. Candidates with prior exposure to the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector will be given preference.

Application Fee :
An application fee of ₹750 is applicable to candidates across all categories (General, OBC, EWS, SC, ST, and PwBD).

Age Limit :
Minimum Age: 21 years.
Maximum Age: 27 years.
Age Relaxation (Upper Age Limit).
OBC: 3 years.
SC/ST: 5 years.
PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years.
PwBD (OBC): 13 years.
PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years.
Age relaxations will be granted as per prevailing Government guidelines.

Remuneration & Growth :
Fixed Compensation: ₹25.00 lakh per annum.
Performance-Based Variable Pay: 15% of CTC.
Annual Increment: Up to 10%, based on performance and company policy.
