Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) Executive Recruitment 2026 Experience Required :
Relevant post-qualification executive experience is mandatory for these positions. The required experience is mainly related to erection, commissioning and/or operation and maintenance of coal-based thermal power plants.
Candidates should also have the specified experience in Super Critical Thermal Power Plants of at least 660 MW capacity.

Experience Requirement :
Chief General Manager: Minimum 27 years total experience, including 8 years in Super Critical TPPs of 660 MW or above.
Deputy Manager: Minimum 7 years total experience, including 3 years in Super Critical TPPs of 660 MW or above.
Engineer: Minimum 3 years total experience, including 1 year in Super Critical TPPs of 660 MW or above.
SC/ST candidates are eligible for a one-year relaxation in total experience where the prescribed experience is more than three years.
Teaching experience, internship, apprenticeship and pre-qualification experience will not be counted towards the required experience.
