Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates seeking appointment as Community Bank Coordinator must fulfill the required educational qualifications, experience conditions, language proficiency, and community-based eligibility norms specified for the post.

Educational Qualification : Applicants should have completed Higher Secondary Education (12th Standard) from a recognized board or institution.

Language Requirement :
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Tamil and English, including reading, writing, and speaking abilities.

Experience Requirement :
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Animator in the Self Help Group (SHG) sector is mandatory. Applicants must also be members of the concerned Village Panchayat Level Federation SHG.

Age Eligibility :
Candidates applying for the post should be below 35 years of age.

Additional Preferred Qualifications :
Preference may be given to candidates possessing computer literacy, valid two-wheeler driving license, familiarity with Android mobile usage including SMS and WhatsApp, experience in banking and loan processing activities, and strong communication skills.

Community-Based Eligibility :
Applicants should belong to the target beneficiary category identified through the approved community assessment process.

Selection Process :
Selection of eligible candidates will be conducted through ;
Verification of educational qualifications and eligibility conditions.
Assessment of relevant work experience and submitted certificates.
Interview and/or document verification process organized by the concerned authority.
Selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis.
