Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must satisfy all eligibility requirements as of 06-06-2026, including age, education, and experience.
Must be an Indian citizen aged 23 years or above.
Must hold a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree from a recognized university/institution.
Minimum academic requirement: 65% marks.
Experience must be post-qualification executive-level experience in steel, manufacturing, or process industries.

Roles and Responsibility :
Engineering & Plant Operations ;
Includes Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Instrumentation, and related branches.
Focus areas: plant operations, maintenance, design, utilities, and project execution.
IT & Digital Systems ;
Covers SAP, software development, and IT infrastructure roles.
Includes SAP implementation, ABAP development, full-stack development, and IT-OT integration
Specialized Technical Areas ;
Industrial safety management.
Environmental compliance and sustainability.
PLC/SCADA and automation systems.
Logistics, infrastructure, and contract management.

Age Criteria :
Age is calculated as on 06-06-2026.
Grade YP-1 : Maximum Age 35 years ; Required Experience 3 years.
Grade YP-2 : Maximum Age 38 years ; Required Experience 6 years.
Grade YP-3 : Maximum Age 42 years ; Required Experience 10 years.

Salary Structure :
Monthly consolidated pay (fixed retainership) ;
YP-1: ₹70,000.
YP-2: ₹1,00,000.
YP-3: ₹1,40,000.
Additional benefits include ;
Performance-based annual increments (4% / 7% / 10%).
Limited allowances for communication, travel, and insurance reimbursement.
This is a contract role with no statutory PSU benefits such as PF, pension, or gratuity.

The selection process involves multiple stages ;
Initial screening of applications for eligibility.
Computer-Based Test (if applications are high).
Personal Interview.
Final merit list (CBT 80% + Interview 20%).

Contract may be terminated with notice from either side.
