Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must meet the prescribed educational qualifications and relevant post-qualification experience requirements as on the specified cut-off date. Candidates with prior exposure in ride-hailing, transport operations, logistics, or mobility-based organizations will be preferred.
Eligibility varies according to the position and must be satisfied in full at the time of application.

Post-wise Eligibility Requirements :

Dy Manager (Operations) :
Applicants should hold a Graduate degree along with MBA/PGDM in Operations from a reputed institution. A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience is required. Experience in ride-hailing or mobility operations will be an added advantage.

Assistant Manager (Operations) :
Candidates must possess a Graduate degree with MBA/PGDM in Operations from a recognized institution and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in ride-hailing or transport operations is desirable.

Executive (Operations) :
Graduate candidates with MBA/PGDM in Operations from a reputed institute are eligible. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required, preferably in ride-hailing, logistics, or operational roles.

Associate (Operations) :
Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in ride-hailing or similar operational environments will be preferred.

Application Fee :
No application fee is required for any category of applicants.

SC / ST : Nil.

Age Limit :
The maximum age limit is 40 years.
Age relaxation may be granted in exceptional cases based on organizational requirements.
Age will be calculated as on 31 March 2026.

Salary Structure :
The compensation is offered as Cost to Company (CTC) and includes Basic Pay, House Rent Allowance (as per posting location), Conveyance, and Mobile reimbursement.
Dy Manager (Operations) : ₹13.75 LPA.
Assistant Manager (Operations) : ₹11.40 LPA.
Executive (Operations) : ₹7.62 LPA.
Associate (Operations) : ₹5.00 LPA.
