Eligibility Criteria :
A bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, occupational health and safety, or a similar discipline is required for eligibility as an executive (safety). MBAs or master's degrees in safety management are preferred. An alternative is an industrial safety diploma plus necessary work experience. First Aid/CPR certification and the International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health and Safety are required. Five years or more of relevant experience is required.
Executive (Grievance Handling): A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, human resources, law (LLB/LLM), or a similar discipline is preferred. Five years or more of relevant experience is required.
Executive (Call Center & Reporting): Bachelor's degree or higher. Five years or more of relevant experience is required.
Graduated executive (HR & Coop Services). HRM PGDM or MBA is preferred. two years of HR or comparable experience.

Age Limit: As of January 31, 2026, the maximum age is 40.
Age Relaxation: May be given to highly deserving candidates.

Pay/Stipend:
Basic Pay: Rs 45,000
HRA: In accordance with business policies
An additional sum of Rs 5,000
HRA + Rs 5,000 + Rs 45,000 = total.
