SAGES Durg Recruitment 2026

Eligibility :
Applicants must meet all conditions mentioned in the notification to be considered. The recruitment is strictly limited to candidates who have studied in English medium from Class 6 onwards up to their highest qualification, except for Hindi and Sanskrit Lecturer posts where this condition is relaxed for lower classes. Only regular, full-time academic degrees will be accepted.

Educational Qualification :

Lecturer Posts (₹38,100/month) :
Candidates must possess a relevant Master’s degree with at least second division along with a B.Ed qualification.
They must also have completed their education in English medium from Class 6 onwards (except specified language posts).

School Teacher Posts (₹35,400/month) :
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject, a teaching qualification (B.Ed/D.Ed/D.El.Ed), and must have cleared the required TET examination.
English medium education is mandatory for most subjects.

Assistant Teacher (₹25,300/month) :
Candidates should have passed Higher Secondary (12th) with minimum marks, along with D.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification, and must qualify the Primary Level TET. English medium schooling is required.

Lab Assistant (₹25,300/month) :
Eligibility includes 12th pass with Science stream (Biology/Mathematics group). Preference/requirement is given to candidates educated in English medium.

Physical Education Teacher (₹35,400/month) :
Applicants must have completed Higher Secondary education along with D.P.Ed or B.P.Ed qualification and should have studied in English medium.

Computer Teacher (₹35,400/month) :
A graduate degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Applications is required. English medium background is preferred.

Librarian (₹22,400/month) :
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree along with a Library Science qualification (B.Lib). English medium preference applies.

Age Requirements :
General category: 21–35 years.
Reserved categories: relaxation up to 5 years.
Female candidates: relaxation up to 10 years.
PwD candidates: relaxation as per government rules.
Chhattisgarh residents: additional relaxation up to 5 years (max 40 years).

There is no application fee. Candidates must apply only through the official online portals. Offline applications are not accepted under any circumstances.

Selection Method :
Selection will be carried out solely on the basis of ;
Academic merit (marks in qualifying exams).
Document verification of shortlisted candidates.
There will be no written test or interview stage.

Disqualification Conditions :
Candidates will not be considered if they ;
Do not meet the English medium requirement (Class 6 onwards).
Lack the required educational or teaching qualifications.
Have not cleared the mandatory TET exam (for applicable posts).
Do not possess required teacher training certificates
Are not domicile residents of Chhattisgarh.
Belong to ineligible subject combinations or categories.
Apply for multiple posts or submit incorrect information.
Fail to meet age or qualification criteria.
