CG Operator (Urdu) :
Passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
Certificate in Computer Applications is required.
Desirable: Minimum 1 year experience in a related field.
News Reader (Urdu) :
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Strong proficiency in Urdu language.
Should have a presentable screen presence and excellent voice suitable for broadcasting.
Clear diction with proper pronunciation, accent, and voice modulation.
Good awareness of current national and international events.
Familiarity with prominent personalities.
Desirable Qualifications ;
Background in journalism or media studies.
Experience in academic, media, or related professional fields.
Prior experience in TV or radio broadcasting.
Additional Advantage :
Knowledge of English and Hindi.
Ability to conduct interviews.
Skill in news writing and sports reporting.
Copy Editor (Urdu) :
Graduation from a recognized university.
Degree or PG Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong command over Urdu language.
Desirable ;
Awareness of national and international current affairs.
Salary Structure :
CG Operator (Urdu): ₹1,125 per day per shift (Single Bulletin).
News Reader (Urdu): ₹1,650 per day per shift (Single Bulletin).
Copy Editor (Urdu): ₹1,500 per day per shift.
Selection Process :
Selection will be carried out through multiple stages, which may include ;
Written Test (Objective or Descriptive).
Skill-Based / Computer Test.
Voice Test / Screen Test / Audition.
Group Discussion.
Personal Interview.
Video Conferencing Evaluation.
Editing Software Skill Test.
