Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must satisfy all eligibility requirements as on 22/05/2026 (closing date of application).
All qualifications should be obtained from recognized institutions approved by AICTE / UGC / Government of India.
Only full-time regular degree courses will be considered valid.
Experience will be counted only after acquiring the minimum prescribed qualification.
Experience gained through internship, apprenticeship, training, teaching, academic work, or freelancing will not be considered valid.

Educational Qualification :
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institute with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
Desirable: M.Tech qualification, which will carry additional weightage during selection.

Experience :
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields such as ;
Construction and infrastructure development.
Electrical works and project execution.
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in building construction projects.

Age Limit :
Maximum Age: 45 years as on 22/05/2026.
Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules.
Applicable relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Ex-Servicemen/PwD candidates.
In case of multiple eligibility categories, only the highest relaxation will be applicable.

Selection Process :
Shortlisting based on eligibility criteria and merit.
Interview of shortlisted candidates.
Shortlisting Criteria Includes ;
Relevant work experience.
Academic performance in B.Tech.
Postgraduate qualification (if applicable).
Experience in Government/PSU/Railways (preferred).

Important Instructions :
Appointment is purely contractual and temporary.
No claim for permanent employment in RLDA.
Only regular full-time qualifications are valid.
No application fee required.
Candidates may be posted anywhere in India as per project requirements.
Medical fitness and police verification are mandatory before joining.
No TA/DA will be provided for interview.
Submission of false documents will lead to disqualification and legal action
